Hi all,
A quick update: as we noticed a bit of confusion and mis-entries around the follow-up call period for the C19 and post-16 follow-up calls (e.g. 'Y12 Q1'), we have now changed the wording to include the month of the follow-up call period: i.e. 'Y12 Q1 (3 month-follow up)'. We hope that specifying the month of the follow-up call period will make it easier and more intuitive for you to select the relevant follow-up call period. Happy follow-up entry-ing to Civi! :)

Two tips/pieces of info for the DataStudio dashboards:
1. If you want a picture of how your region is performing but one of your coaches has left ThinkForward, you can untick their name by clicking on the 'coach_name' filter; this will ensure that their data (or lack of data) isn't included your regional picture and doesn't skew how performance is looking in your region.
