If you would like to see the civi events calendar in your outlook (so you don't need to update the ops & training to your outlook now and then the calendars screen. Anyone in the organisation should be able to do this but this guidance is primarily for comms, BPM's and coaches.

We have also added a new events calendar which can be accessed from the main menu tabs below the ThinkForward logo. This will take you to the current months calendar of events which are booked in to give you a quick overview of what's coming up and what you might wish to refer young people onto.

You'll also notice that the hyperlink in your address bar ends in '/month'. You can replace this with '/day' or '/year' to view a day or year format for the calendar.
